specials and deals on available units.
· What happens if I am not contacted by an apartment community after a bid request?
o Some apartments may not have units available that fit your needs and requirements. We
recommend requesting bids from apartment communities that you have not contacted yet.
· What if there is no rental property in my search area?
o We are constantly adding new buildings to our database. If you cannot find apartment communities in your
search area and would like to have ApartmentBids.com add rental properties in your search area please

· Do I have to sign a lease with a property I found on ApartmentBids.com?
o No, you do not need to sign a lease. We strongly suggest you to physically visit the property and talk to the
